Beggar's Banquet: The Rolling Stones at the Bowery Electric

New York and New Jersey had Rolling Stones fever when the veteran rock and roll band performed two nights at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. On the Sunday night between the Stones’ Thursday and Monday concerts, Stones fan Gail Hoffman hosted Beggar's Banquet: The Rolling Stones at the Bowery Electric. She invited many of the performers from the local club circuit to sing songs from the Stones’ 1968 album Beggar's Banquet plus a few more Stones songs to close the show. The house band consisted of guitarists Derek Cruz and Lee Boice, keyboardist Charlie Roth, bassist Johnny Pisano, and drummer Randy Schrager. Vocalists Dina Regine and Crystal Durant, guitarist Mark Bosch, saxophonist Danny Ray, and trumpet player Indofunk Satish supplemented many of the songs.
Avid Stones fan Gail Hoffman was the curator of
