Arlene's Grocery, Nomad and the Rockwood Music Hall resumed their live music programs in the past few weeks. The Bowery Ballroom, Mercury Lounge, Otto's Shrunken Head, Pianos and Webster Hall will host live music again within the new few weeks. Manhattan's Lower East Side is rocking again.
