Quality live music is available in many venues this weekend. Quite a few concerts scheduled for this weekend have been postponed or canceled, however. If your weekend destination included any of the following concerts, make alternate plans. These shows are not happening this weekend.

Indigo De Souza with Horse Jumper of Love and Friendship at the Music Hall of Williamsburg is rescheduled from January 23 and 24 to April 21 and 24. "Big bad Covid has done it again!" the singer posted on social media on January 13. "We are postponing our January tour until April for the safety of our touring party and audience. All purchased tickets are good for the new dates. We hope you are still able to make it. ❤"

F*cked Up announced a postponement of its winter concert commitments, including a show at Brooklyn Made on January 22. "January tour has been moved to July," the band posted on social media on January 19. "It will be better then, we promise." Instead of one show, the band now will play two nights at Brooklyn Made on July 15 and 16.

The Smithereens announced on social media on January 10 that "Out of an abundance of caution due to the COVID-19 Omicron variant," the band's Sony Hall performance scheduled for January 21 with guest vocalist Marshall Crenshaw will now happen on April 29. "We apologize for any inconvenience but want everyone - fans, band, crew and venue staff - to remain safe and healthy. We will see you on the road in 2022!"

Curtis Harding announced on social media on January 7 that "Due to the Omicron surge in the Covid-19 pandemic, I've decided to postpone my US January tour dates to the spring in order to keep our fans and band members safe." The show at the Bowery Ballroom scheduled for January 21 is postponed until May 1.

The Beths announced on social media on January 13 that it was juggling concert dates. The band's Webster Hall show, scheduled originally for January22, will now happen on February 23. "We've been trying to figure out the best way forward with these shows. We've moved the east coast shows to the end of the run. It'll be a long way from home for us, and our amazing team have moved mountains behind the scenes to make this work, as the alternative was not coming back until much later in the year. We are hoping that starting a few weeks later will be enough time that cases have started to fall. We aren't psychic though, so we'll see how it goes. As buck wild as this all is, we are actually tentatively excited to tour again. We really hope this is the one."

Felix Cavaliere's Rascals announced on social media on January 6 that "Out of an abundance of caution, love and concern for our fans, families, performers and friends, The Legends Live featuring Felix Cavaliere's Rascals and Micky Dolenz of the Monkees' concert on January 22 at Palladium Times Square has been postponed to June 3. Stay safe, and see you in June."

Remo Drive announced on social media on January 10 that its tour, including a date at the Music Hall of Williamsburg on January 22, is postponed. "Hey y'all! I'm sure a lot of you have seen (this) coming, but we have decided to postpone this upcoming string of shows. With Omicron spreading the way it has, we don't feel confident that we'll be able to do these shows safely. We are working hard with our team on new dates."

Looking ahead, MammothWVH announced on social media on January 13 that it is postponing the launch of its 2022 Young Guns Tour, which would have included a show at Webster Hall on February 1. The new local date is March 28. "We take the health and safety of the bands, road crews, local venue staff and especially our fans very seriously. Due to an abundance of caution regarding the recent COVID surge, we have decided to postpone the start of the Young Guns Tour to February 20. Any performance that was scheduled prior to February 20 has been rescheduled for after March 5."
