With strict governmental restriction still in place, what will happen to downtown Manhattan's live music circuit as the colder weather settles in? Many musicians and sidewalk cafe owners who successfully teamed for live music outdoors during the summer are pondering how to adapt as the seasons change, especially since the government has not yet increased indoor capacity limits from 25% to 50%. Many musicians are still playing outdoor gigs, but the transition to indoor venues is inevitable.
