Downtown Manhattan Is Rocking with Multiple Live Music Venues

Between songs, Joseph Arthur asked his audience at City Winery NY, "Aren't you glad you are not watching Netflix again tonight?" The audience roared in approval.
Favorable weather is beckoning New Yorkers to come out and enjoy all the uniqueness that the city offers. Like the new spring blossoms on the flowering trees, the city is bouncing back to life a little more each day. Increasing numbers of New Yorkers are planning more evenings away from the living room couch.
Live music is once again filling the air in downtown Manhattan. The following musicians are among the many artists who performed for live audiences at various locations in the first week of April. Plan your next downtown music outing by visiting The Manhattan Beat's April calendar.
