| Chuck Prophet & the Mission Express at the Loft at City Winery in November 2021; a scaled-down Chuck Prophet trio will perform there this Thursday |
The new year starts rather slow, with few touring musicians coming to New York City until later in the month. Chuck Prophet is coming to New York City this week. Other than that, the music offerings this week are by our very talented local musicians.
The Manhattan Beat regularly lists the best live music events coming to New York City. The twice-weekly listings also celebrate via photographs some of the musicians who have performed locally in the past few days.
Everynight Charley recommends the following 30+ live music events this week in New York City. Contact the venue to confirm ticket availability, show times, COVID compliance, and other updates. Note that several artists and indoor venues continue to require proof of COVID vaccinations and/or mandate the wearing of masks.
